Application Description
After four generations of improvements to the high-precision high-voltage test power supply, this instrument introduces many new features. It is compatible with both manual and computer control, making it versatile and more user-friendly. The communication interface has been upgraded from isolated RS485 to fully optical isolation with the Fiber232 module, greatly enhancing the data transmission's anti-interference capabilities, which were previously limited to 5kVAC, and now are virtually unlimited. This solves the problem of data transmission being affected by high-voltage spark discharge interference.
The current sampling port has been equipped with a spark discharge protection module to improve safety when collecting weak currents. The voltage and current meters have been upgraded from a 3Hz refresh rate to 12Hz, significantly improving the dynamic display of the power supply's performance. The zeroing function has been enhanced: now both the voltage and current meters can be zeroed, with the method changed from manual adjustment via the voltage knob to pushing the current button up for current zeroing and pushing the voltage button down for voltage zeroing, greatly reducing zeroing time. Additionally, this enables the detection of voltage increment in devices.
