The LD-18A-11V TEC-10A-3950 is an all-in-one semiconductor laser power supply and TEC temperature controller. Users can simply apply thermal grease to their LD laser module, mount it, and start using the device with ease. This unit operates on an AC220V power supply and features a fan-cooled TEC temperature control structure. No soldering is required-laser power wires are secured with screws. It integrates a semiconductor TEC cooling system with a temperature precision of up to 0.0625°C.
Suitable for 0-5W, 0-10W, 0-20W, 0-30W, and 0-50W fiber-coupled semiconductor lasers.
