Product Features
UV radiation-resistant silica fiber is a special type of optical fiber that maintains a consistent transmittance even under strong UV exposure. This is achieved through special fiber doping, preform manufacturing, and drawing processes. The transmission wavelength range covers 190nm to 1100nm, providing excellent performance across UV, visible, and near-infrared bands. It is suitable for long-term UV irradiation environments such as spectral analysis, photolithography systems, and excimer laser transmission systems.
General UV silica fibers tend to experience reduced transmittance under prolonged UV exposure. To prevent this, a special UV radiation-resistant silica fiber has been developed using unique doping, preform manufacturing, and drawing techniques. This fiber maintains nearly constant transmittance even after extended UV exposure (1 day) and offers a transmission wavelength range from 190nm to 1200nm, making it superior for spectral analysis and providing a competitive advantage.
