Product Description
Optical Prism
An optical prism, a transparent object surrounded by two intersecting but not parallel planes, used to divide or disperse light beams and to adjust the direction of an image. It is widely used in optical instruments, such as spectral instruments, periscopes, binoculars and other instruments. Prisms can be subdivided into the following types according to their properties and uses: right Angle prisms, Pentagon prisms, Dowell prisms, rhombic prisms, ridge prisms, Powell prisms, depolarization splitting prisms and so on.
Ridge prism
A roof prism is a type of reflective prism that rotates and reverses images and deflects light with a 90-degree bend. Suitable for telescopes and any optical instrument that requires flipping the image from the objective lens, turning the right side, and bending 90 degrees.
