1. Feature Description

TEC-600W-36V-3950 is a high power density TEC temperature controller with a maximum operating load of approximately 36V16A and a peak power of 576W. This temperature controller allows for direct parameter adjustment. Once the parameters are set and saved, it can operate independently. Parameters and temperature monitoring can be done via the display, enabling real-time temperature control.

3. Wiring Diagram

• 220V Cable: Connect to 220V AC power.

• Output Terminal (PCB): Connect to the controlled TEC semiconductor.

  • When the temperature controller outputs heating control voltage, the panel display shows a positive value for the output ratio (1%-100%). The output polarity is red (positive) and black (negative).
  • When the temperature controller outputs cooling control voltage, the panel display shows a negative value for the output ratio (-1%- -100%). The output polarity is red (negative) and black (positive).

• NTC Temperature Sensor: Connector XH2.54 terminal, used to collect the temperature of the controlled TEC.
  Note: The NTC sensor must be tightly attached to the cold end of the TEC for accurate control.

• Communication Interface: RS485 interface, connector XH2.54 terminal with three lines: 485+, 485-, and 485GND.
  The RS485 communication section is electrically isolated for strong adaptability.

  • GND: Signal ground.
  • 485+: RS485 positive output, high-level 5V, low-level 0V.
  • 485-: RS485 negative output, high-level 5V, low-level 0V.
  • The communication protocol is customizable.
