1. System Overview
The Semiconductor Laser 0.01% Constant Current Driver adopts a unique dual-loop structure with an analog constant current feedback loop and a digital circuit fine-tuning feedback loop. The analog constant current loop has the advantages of fast dynamic response and high reliability. However, analog circuits face issues with temperature-related parameter accuracy in resistors, capacitors, etc., resulting in a constant current accuracy generally not exceeding 1%. This product innovatively uses a digital circuit fine-tuning feedback loop, which compensates for the temperature drift of the analog circuit through a PID control algorithm. As a result, the constant current accuracy can reach 0.01%, far exceeding the accuracy of conventional constant current sources. The power supply also retains an internal 5A submodule constant current source structure, which ensures high reliability. The output ripple from the submodules has random phase, and the ripple is minimized due to mutual cancellation.
