Application Description
After four generations of improvements in high-voltage precision test power supplies, this device now features many new functionalities. It supports both manual and computer control, offering multiple uses in one machine, making it more convenient to use. Communication has been upgraded from isolated RS485 to fully optically isolated Fiber232 module, significantly enhancing the anti-interference capability of data transmission, from the original 5kVAC to virtually infinite, solving the problem of data transmission being affected by high-voltage spark discharges. The current sampling port has been equipped with a discharge spark protection module, improving safety when collecting weak currents during spark discharges. The current and voltage meters' refresh rate has been increased from 3Hz to 12Hz, greatly improving the dynamic characteristics of the power supply display. The zero adjustment function has been upgraded from just voltage zero adjustment to both current and voltage zero adjustment. The zero adjustment method has also been enhanced, from using the voltage knob to a dual-button system: pushing the current button to zero current and pushing the voltage button to zero voltage. The zeroing time has been significantly reduced, and this function also extends to measuring the voltage increment of components.

Functional Features
This device features computer control capabilities, allowing for voltage and current outputs to be set and automated multi-point output through control software. The software also generates voltage-current characteristic curves and offers powerful functions such as automatic power calculation, high-voltage resistance measurement, statistical calculations of maximum, minimum, average, effective values, error rates, stability, and more. It allows for the export of tables, charts, and data.
In addition, the machine supports manual operation with voltage and current fine-tuning, voltage output warning prompts, and extremely high voltage output stability. It has a full-scale display of 30,000V with a voltage output resolution of 1V, achieving an accuracy of 0.005%. The device introduces a 0.1uA precision constant current mode, with a current range of 0~1999.9uA and current resolution of 0.1uA, making it suitable for testing semiconductors, special materials, gases, and other specific requirements.
The device uses PID regulation for fast response and perfect overshoot suppression. It takes only 100ms for the output to stabilize at high voltage after turning on, with no overshoot. The panel wiring is easy to connect, with high-voltage cables located far from the operation knobs for enhanced safety.
