1. Feature Description
TEC-500W-36V-3950 is a high-power density TEC temperature controller with a maximum operating load of approximately 36V14A, peak power of 504W. This temperature controller allows direct parameter adjustment, and after the adjustments are completed and saved, it operates independently. The controller allows real-time temperature monitoring and parameter setting via an observed display.

3. Wiring Diagram
- AC220V Input Interface: Includes both neutral and live wire inputs.
- Switch Power Control: Two-wire control; one wire is the negative, and the other is the 0-5V voltage control signal.
- Status Indicator Light: Two-wire output; the positive and negative terminals are connected to the indicator light. The output voltage is 12V. If the indicator light doesn't have current limiting, a current-limiting resistor should be added to prevent excessive current (max output current <50mA).
- Temperature Sensor Port: External 0-5V transmitter controls the output voltage.
- Serial Communication Interface: Includes +5V, RXD, TXD, and GND four wires. RXD and TXD are TTL levels. The 5V supply powers the RS232 optical isolation module. The computer connects to the optical isolation RS232 module via a USB-to-RS232 interface, then to TEC-30B-36V14A, enabling communication with strong and weak electrical isolation.
AC220V Input: Input voltage is 220V AC, 50Hz.
- Negative of TEC: Connect to the black wire of TEC.
- Positive of TEC: Connect to the red wire of TEC.
- Temperature Indicator Light: Can be installed on the chassis surface. When the temperature is high, it flashes with higher brightness; when the temperature is low, it flashes dimly. The flashing frequency corresponds to the difference from the set temperature.
- Communication Port: Can be connected to the debugger and TTL optical isolation module.
- Temperature Transmitter: External 0-5V voltage transmitter.
