Features Description

The TEC-600W-36V-3435 is a high-power-density TEC temperature controller with a maximum operating load of approximately 36V16A and a peak power of 576W. This controller allows direct parameter adjustment. Once configured and saved, the controller operates independently. Real-time temperature control is achieved through parameter adjustments and monitoring via the display panel.

Wiring Diagram

  1. 220V Cable: Connects to the AC220V mains.
  2. Output Connection PCB Terminal: Connects to the controlled TEC module.
    • When the controller outputs heating voltage, the panel displays a positive proportion (1-100%), and the output polarity is red positive, black negative.
    • For cooling voltage output, the panel displays a negative proportion (-1% to -100%), with the polarity being red negative, black positive.
  3. NTC Temperature Sensor: Connected via an XH2.54 terminal to monitor TEC temperature. Ensure the sensor is tightly attached to the cold side of the TEC for accurate control.
  4. RS485 Communication Interface: Connected via an XH2.54 terminal with three lines (485+, 485-, 485GND). The RS485 section includes electrical isolation for robust performance.
    • GND: Signal ground.
    • 485+: Positive RS485 output (5V high, 0V low).
    • 485-: Negative RS485 output (5V high, 0V low).
