1. Application Description
After four generations of improvements in high-precision high-voltage power supplies, this test instrument now features several new functions. It is compatible with both manual and computer-controlled adjustments, making it a versatile and more convenient tool for users.
- Communication has been upgraded from isolated RS485 to fully optically isolated Fiber232 module, greatly enhancing the data transmission's anti-interference capability from the previous 5kVAC to virtually infinite, solving the issue of high-voltage spark discharge interference affecting data transmission.
- A current sampling port has been added with a discharge spark protection module, enhancing safety for weak current collection in the presence of spark discharge.
- The current and voltage meter refresh rate has been increased from the previous 3Hz to 12Hz, significantly improving the dynamic display of the power supply.
- The zero adjustment function has been improved from just voltage zeroing to both current and voltage meters being zeroed. The zeroing method has been upgraded to a push-button system for current zeroing (upward push) and voltage zeroing (downward push), greatly reducing zeroing time. This also introduces the function of detecting voltage increments in devices.

- Computer-Controlled Functionality: Set voltage and current outputs, automate multi-point outputs with control software, and plot voltage-current characteristic curves. The powerful software allows for automatic calculation of power, high-voltage resistance, and statistical analysis of maximum, minimum, average values, RMS, error, and stability. Data can be exported in table, chart, or other formats.
- Manual Control Capability: Voltage and current fine-tuning calibration, with voltage output warning alerts and extremely high voltage stability. The full-scale display shows 20,000V with a 1V output voltage resolution and a 0.005% accuracy.
- Constant Current Mode: Introduces a precision 0.1uA constant current mode, with a range of 0-1999.9uA and a current resolution of 0.1uA, suitable for testing semiconductors, special materials, and gases.
- PID Regulation: Fast response and overshoot suppression with PID regulation ensures that the output voltage stabilizes in just 100ms without overshoot when switching the power supply on.
- Safety Design: The panel is designed to ensure no crossed wiring and easy connection. The high-voltage cables are kept away from the operation knobs for increased safety.
