1. Overview
DI-1000D is an advanced version of the DI-1000 diode reverse recovery time tester. Compared to the DI-1000, it is equipped with a computer that allows users to set parameters such as di/dt and If. It can automatically test diodes, with a maximum operating frequency of 20Hz. The computer reads oscilloscope data and processes the test results at a speed much faster than manual testing. The di/dt is automatically adjusted to the set value, and the Trr value is automatically obtained, eliminating errors caused by human factors. The system is easy to use and allows even non-professional users who are not familiar with oscilloscope operations to operate it with ease. Additionally, the DI-1000D has a compact desktop design, is lightweight and portable, and can automatically generate test reports.
