I. Overview
The DIODE-600A-Ifsm is our company's newly developed product, which stands out in both appearance and performance stability compared to similar products. This tester can output a sinusoidal pulse constant current of 0~600A for single measurements, making it convenient for field use. It can also be connected to an oscilloscope to measure current and observe current details.
