Overview

This adjustable constant current and constant voltage power supply consists of a two-stage design: a front-stage active PFC and a rear-stage DC/DC conversion. It operates on a 220V AC input. The input circuit includes EMI filtering, soft start, surge and lightning protection, rectification, and inrush current limiting circuits, ensuring low inrush current during startup and excellent electromagnetic compatibility. The power factor correction (PFC) circuit adopts a Boost topology with an average current control method, achieving a power factor close to 1 and a harmonic current below 10%, meeting relevant international standards.
