Overview
This project utilizes a 16-bit AD-DA circuit board, constant current source control board, and programmable display, developed by both hardware and software teams. The software was developed as an improvement on the HV-20KV-4 upper computer software, with the development completed in just half a month. The tester is capable of outputting up to 8V and 1A of electrical power, providing a bias for external photovoltaic cells to test their current-voltage characteristics. This testing instrument is paired with a dedicated upper computer developed by our company for display and analysis. The upper computer can input parameters such as area and irradiance, and it can display real-time measurements from the tester, including output voltage, current, power, load impedance, and other key metrics, making it easy for users to observe critical information during testing. The instrument uses a 16-bit AD-DA mainboard as the control unit, ensuring high output precision and measurement accuracy. The voltage and current outputs can be displayed through the screen, with accuracy down to the microvolt level. The internal isolation of the instrument ensures high reliability.
