1. Application Description
After four generations of improvements to the high-voltage precision testing power supply, the instrument has gained numerous new features. It supports both manual and computer control, making it a versatile and convenient machine. The communication system has been upgraded from an isolated RS485 to a fully optically isolated Fiber232 module. The data transmission's anti-interference capability has been enhanced from the original 5kVAC to infinite, solving the problem of data transmission interference caused by high-voltage spark discharges. The current sampling port now includes a discharge spark protection module to improve the safety of current collection under weak current conditions. The refresh rate of the current and voltage meters has been increased from 3Hz to 12Hz, greatly improving the dynamic characteristics display of the power supply. The zeroing function has been upgraded from just a voltage zero function to a dual function allowing both current and voltage meters to be zeroed. The zeroing method has been enhanced from adjusting with a voltage knob to using a push-button system for both current (upward push) and voltage (downward push), reducing the zeroing time significantly. This upgrade also supports the detection of voltage increment on devices.

The power supply is equipped with programmable control, allowing users to set both voltage and current outputs. With the accompanying software, multiple automatic output points can be set, and voltage-current characteristic curves can be plotted. The powerful software also allows automatic calculation of power, high-voltage resistance, statistical analysis (maximum, minimum, average, effective values, error, stability), and the ability to export required tables, graphs, and data. Additionally, the power supply also offers manual control capabilities, including fine-tuning of voltage and current, voltage output warning prompts, and exceptional voltage output stability. The full-scale display is 25,000V, with a voltage output resolution of 1V and an accuracy of 0.005%. The power supply also introduces a precision constant current mode with 0.1µA accuracy. The current range in constant current mode is 0~1999.9µA, with a current resolution of 0.1µA, making it suitable for testing semiconductors, special materials, and gases. The use of PID regulation ensures fast response and perfect suppression of overshoot. The power supply stabilizes its output voltage within 100 milliseconds after being switched on, with no voltage overshoot. The panel features easy-to-connect, non-crossing wires, with high-voltage cables kept away from control knobs for enhanced safety.
